2019’s Most In-Demand Skills

Posted on February 25, 2019February 25, 2019 by Lauren Hedges

According to LinkedIn data, there are over 50,000 professional skills in the world! This number can be overwhelming to anyone looking to spruce up their resume – it’s difficult to know where to begin learning.

Luckily, LinkedIn has used their substantial user base to determine exactly which skills are most in demand this year. By identifying the experience listed on LinkedIn profiles of people who are getting hired at the highest rates, they were able to determine the exact proficiencies that are most desired in 2019. The results are a combination of hard and soft skills, including persuasion, time management, and sales leadership.

Now that there’s some direction for which skills to focus on, it’s time to figure out exactly how to go about obtaining them. This is where Dale Carnegie Training comes in.

For over a century, Dale Carnegie has helped people to master a myriad of skills, and with our various learning resources, we can help you too. Below you’ll find seven of the most sought-after skills of the year, and ways that we can help you gain them.
